The Company Biomnigene
Biomnigene, a company specializing in molecular biology, offers high-quality genomic analysis services to companies, associations, and other organizations.
The team has occupied premises within the Maison des Microtechniques at TEMIS in Besançon since June 1, 2018. Composed of passionate engineers trained in the latest techniques, BIOMNIGENE is capable of addressing many of your questions and needs in terms of molecular biology, such as:
- DNA/RNA extraction from tissues, feces, cells, bacteria, urine, blood, saliva, semen…
- DNA amplification by PCR, cDNA from RNA by RT-PCR
- Quantification of gene expression by qPCR
- Purification of PCR products, DNA libraries, plasmids
- Quantification/detection of DNA, RNA, SNPs, microsatellites
- Quality control of DNA / RNA / cDNA, plasmids, DNA libraries
- Sequencing of nucleic acids, small genomes (bacteria), mRNA, transcriptomes, metagenomes, exomes using the SANGER method or Illumina high-throughput technology on MiSeq and iSeq100.
Specialized in genomic analysis, BIOMNIGENE is able, thanks to its expertise in both institutional and private sectors, to develop cutting-edge experimental protocols in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices. Its competencies also cover other areas of molecular biology such as the construction of recombinant plasmids and extend to cell biology.

PhD in molecular and cell biology, with 7 years of experience as director of various laboratories in Europe, he serves as president of the company. Attentive to your projects, he is your primary contact for all commercial inquiries.
Cédric DIDIER
Administrative and Financial Manager
Holder of a Master's degree in business management and administration and a Master's degree in biotechnology, he manages the company and is your contact for administrative procedures.
Bénédicte ROGNON*
Scientific Project Manager
PhD in molecular and cell biology, her research experience primarily focused on the study of microorganisms makes her your preferred advisor for scientific questions related to health, agri-food, and the environment.
Fabrice BOUILLOUX*
Scientific Project Manager
PhD in molecular and cell biology, he specialized in the fields of developmental biology and transcription. Thanks to his knowledge of numerous models, he provides valuable assistance in the design and implementation of your projects.
